When using the system, the staff registers the guest's reaction to the offer by pressing one of the two offered options – Like and Dislike, as on social media. Guests' reactions are included in reports that regularly show which services are attractive, so we can act in a timely manner if we notice that something is not working. The report can also be generated offline for situations where no device is available to staff, although our recommendation is to use the live, digital version. Through the system, you can track the number of recommendations and their success with guests, as well as employee engagement.
