Each guest's personalized profile is created by intersecting more than 150 parameters of all your hotel's past guests, and calculated is the conversion probability for each product in the portfolio. Consumer habits of all previous guests, GDP, age, country of arrival, market trends are just some of the factors that enable the calculation of preferences of both old and new guests, with a probability of 90%.
